Another metric we analyzed is the number of registered users and purchases by region. Since our platform is focused not only on Moscow and the Moscow region, we, of course, were interested in how popular our platform is in the regions.
It can be seen that the distribution is very uneven, Moscow and the Moscow Region prevail. To fix this, we decided to run marketing campaigns that increase purchase conversions and personalize them for the top 20 regions by number of new users. And within this case, we also plan to use CD(X)P.
How do you automate marketing?
Here we have told only a small part of what has been done and is planned to be implemented to improve customer interaction with our web platforms.
