What tools do companies use to communicate with website visitors?
68% of shoppers are more likely to buy from a brand that offers a convenient way to communicate. But do all brands offer them and follow trends?
We found out that:
- 17 out of 30 companies use online chat to communicate with customers;
- 3 of those 17 launched a chatbot on the site;
- other companies offer customers to contact by phone or e-mail.
- How is lead information collected?
- Leads with their information about visited landings, geolocation, purchase history, etc. are the key elements for sales.
We found out that:
- 80% of the companies in our survey (24 out of 30) use demo forms;
- 14 companies collect information about site visitors through a subscription form;
- 10 companies use chat on the site;
- 6 chose pop-ups for this;
- 2 use a chatbot on the site.
